We never set out with the goal of making the Inc. Regionals list, let alone doing it two years in a row.

Not because we lacked ambition. But because building a B2B company, especially one that grows consistently, is anything but predictable. It’s a long game. The behind-the-scenes grind. The kind of success that doesn’t come from a single viral moment, but from solving real problems for real businesses, day in and day out.

It’s the kind of success built one relationship at a time. One meeting at a time. One late proposal, one tight deadline, one make-or-break project at a time. It doesn’t always make for splashy headlines, but it makes for something much more valuable…trust.

Every late-night support call. Every custom integration that took twice as long but worked ten times better. Every tough conversation turned into long-term trust. That’s the kind of momentum that got us here: not a growth hack, not a lucky break, but a commitment to our clients and the problems they hired us to solve.

We’ve had to make hard calls, learn lessons the hard way, and get comfortable with discomfort. That’s part of the B2B growth story too. And while it’s tempting to skip past those parts, they’re often the ones that matter most.

The List That Measures More Than Numbers

The Inc. Regionals isn’t just a ranking, it’s a celebration of the emerging companies driving innovation and creating jobs. Companies like ours, who’ve met the rigorous criteria of being privately held, independent, and profitable. We’re proud to be recognized among the fastest-growing companies in our region, proving that even in uncertain times, growth, resilience, and impact are still possible.

Behind every number on that list is a journey, sometimes scrappy, often unglamorous, always driven by a team that refuses to settle. Each year brings its own set of challenges: shifting client needs, economic uncertainty, tech stack overhauls, market shifts.

But still, we move forward. And while the methodology is objective (calculated to the fourth decimal place, no less) it still doesn’t fully reflect the hustle, the pivots, or the patience it takes to sustain that kind of growth. Especially in B2B, where results are measured in quarters and years, not likes and impressions.

So when we see our name on that list, we don’t just see numbers. We see the trust of our clients, the grit of our team, and the thousands of small decisions that led us here.

Each of those decisions, what to build, what not to build, when to listen, when to lead, added up to the kind of resilience that growth like this demands.

And that’s what we’re most proud of.

And as proud as we are of our growth, we’re equally proud to be recognized as a back-to-back Great Place to Work in the Philippines, proof that we’ve built not just a strong business, but a strong culture, too.

B2B Growth Isn’t Glamorous (And That’s a Good Thing)

We don’t sell flashy gadgets or one-click apps that go viral on social media. Our clients are our business. They have processes, stakeholders, procurement departments, and very real problems they’re trying to solve.

That’s the space we live in. And that’s where we thrive.

It’s a space that doesn’t reward shortcuts. It rewards consistency. It rewards listening more than pitching, measuring more than guessing, delivering more than promising.

Growing in the B2B space means building trust, over and over again. It means being the partner that shows up - when things are smooth, and especially when they’re not. It means designing solutions that integrate into complex workflows, scale with evolving needs, and ultimately make our clients’ businesses stronger.

It also means patience. Sales cycles can be long. Decisions take time. Implementation isn’t always easy. But the flip side? When you solve the right problem (deeply, thoughtfully, and reliably) the value is impossible to ignore. That’s how long-term partnerships are born. And that’s how businesses scale together.

In B2B, momentum isn’t flashy. It’s earned. It’s careful. It’s cumulative. And sometimes, the biggest growth happens quietly: behind the scenes, when a system just works better, when a process runs smoother, when a client sticks around because the relationship actually matters.

That’s not a headline-grabbing story. But it’s the kind of value that lasts. And if you ask us, it’s the only kind of growth that really matters.

So, What’s Next?

Making the Inc. Regionals list for a second time is an honor. But it’s not a finish line. It’s fuel.

It tells us we’re headed in the right direction. That doubling down on long-term relationships, prioritizing ROI over hype, and that sticking to our values in a fast-changing market, it all works.

It also reminds us that growth isn’t a straight line. It’s messy. It’s unpredictable. But if you stay close to your clients, if you keep asking the right questions and following through with real solutions, the path forward becomes clearer.

It tells us that real, sustainable growth isn’t about chasing trends. It’s about staying close to your clients. Understanding what’s changing in their world. And continuing to evolve your own business to meet those needs with clarity and consistency.

The success of our clients, and the outcomes we help deliver through their projects, is the clearest reflection of our own growth. That’s our north star. And it always will be.

We’re more excited than ever about what’s next. Because the businesses we work with aren’t just clients, they’re co-builders. They push us. They teach us. And together, we keep finding new ways to grow.

Thanks to our team, our partners, and especially our customers - this milestone belongs to you as much as it does to us.

Here’s to the next chapter.
