Senior Project Manager

We are a New York-based software development and technical strategy company that’s growing fast and looking for experienced project managers based in the Philippines or Colombia. Work schedule is based on US business hours (shifts: 6am-3pm ET, 9am-6pm ET).

What you'll be doing:

• End-to-end Project ownership. From project definition, requirements gathering, implementation, testing, launch.

• Business and Engineering champion. Nothing gets built until understood and defined

• Solutions finder. Finds ways to ensure project success with little-to-no hand-holding

What we're looking for:

• 4+ years end-to-end managing software and cloud-based projects in a dynamic environment (consulting or agency environment a plus, but not required).

• Organized and detail-oriented, particularly in UI and pixel-perfect project implementations.

• Experience in building project roadmap, QA plans, and delivery methods.

• Experience in software engineering (doesn’t need to code, but has basic understanding of software methodologies and concepts).

• Experience with Jira, Confluence and other PM tools.

• Ability to multitask and thrives in fast-paced environments.

• Experience in TestRail or similar tools.
