Software QA - Manual

We are a New York-based software development and technical strategy company that’s growing fast and looking for experienced project managers based in the Philippines or Colombia. Work schedule is based on US business hours (shifts: 6am-3pm ET, 9am-6pm ET).

What you'll be doing:

• Quality Assurance. The last line of defense who’d ensure quality deploys and releases.

• Engineering Team Facilitator. Strict adherance to Acceptance Criteria.

• Validation Organizer. Defines and implements repeatable processes for project success.

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years end-to-end software testing experience on web, mobile and/or platform environments.

• Organized and detail oriented, particularly in UI and pixel-perfect project implementations.

• Experience in building test plans, implement regression, mock and smoke tests.

• Experience with Jira, Confluence and other PM tools.

• Ability to multitask and thrives in fast-paced environments.

• Experience in TestRail or similar tools.

• Nice-to-haves: Automated testing experience in Selenium, JMeter or similar; software development experience.
